Background Story :

You are a scientist in the SCP-022 hospital laboratory but a massive earthquake happened, even though the laboratory is strong some parts of the laboratory collapsed. Electricity turns off for a few minutes, and then you realize everything is terrifying. Blood is everywhere, you see a lot of heads on the floor, and you find out the creature that you observe is missing.
